1. Twitter video - it's been possible to share video via Twitter for a while, especially from sites such as Vimeo and YouTube, but you can now (since the end of January 2015) shoot and share video straight away, provided you have an Android or iOS device and the right app (download it from here). Here are a couple of examples of schools giving the technology a go!

To add a card, you need to do three things - have a website that you can change the HTML code on, add 'metatags' to specific pages, and validate your changed website with Twitter. You can find the details here - it doesn't require a great knowledge of websites but in a school there's bound to be an IT expert or website designer to help you. To show you what can he done, here are two Twitter Cards I've made from this website.

You can do this by clicking on this link and entering the information you'd like to add to the website, then again copying and pasting the code produced into your website. You can see one example on the right of this page (or scroll down on a mobile!) - all the Tweets I favorite are made into a list 'The Best School Marketing Advice on the Web' for you to click on!
4. Mutiple Photos - since March last year it's been possible to add up to 4 photos per Tweet - again this is easiest on a mobile using Android or iOS, where you can also enhance or edit each photograph before sending it. Sending 4 photos allows you show more detail (great for artwork) or to tell a story via a Tweet - here are some great examples from schools.
